February 20th, 2017 ~ a convergence of the local veterans organizations and the culmination of a 6+ month long fundraising project!  Left to right ~ Dave Davidson, Past President of Fleet Reserve Association Branch 275, Kathi Lishman of the Placerville Community Pride Committee, Mike Day, Commandant of Marine Corps League Detachment 697, Dennis Haas, Senior Vice Commander of D.A.V. Chapter 63, Robert "Primo" Primicerio, Commander of VFW Post 2680, Mike Berkery, Adjutant of VFW Post 2680, Jim Goodspeed, Commander of VFW Post 10165 and Chairman of the VMB Council, and Dave Sauvé, Adjutant of VFW Post 10165 and Secretary of the VMB Council.  We FINALLY presented six checks from the local veterans organizations to the Community Pride Committee as our contributions to the funding of the Vietnam Memorial structure at the Monument Garden project in downtown Placerville!  Good job, comrades and sisters!


   Our Sunday breakfast crew ~ servers, cooks and "overseers" at the VMB on Sunday, 4/10/16.  We serve a full menu breakfast, at a reasonable price, to the community every second Sunday.
